Had one continuous problen with an item I ordered which was then out of stock, took several attemps to resolve the issue but eventually got it credited back to my account. Apart from that instance delivery always on time and good quality items that I have always been pleased with.

I'm pleased with the shoe store unit. I only gave it 5 stars because there was a bag of screws missing.

Terrible customer service trying to get refund 81.75 my account is in credit just can’t get money back just useless don’t bother

I ordered boots a few weeks ago. I still have not received them , I have emailed the help@grattan 3 times and have received no answer from any email. Terrible service! If there was a delay with the boots and they explained this to me I would have been fine but nothing from them since I ordered the them.

As a new customer I am delighted to say the service I have received is excellent orders arrive quickly and returned items picked up from my home with no charge. Quality of items purchased very good would and already have recommended to friends and family to purchase from Grattan appreciate many discounts sent.

I too have been with Grattons 40 years.I have always had great service with one exception. I ordered flowers and they were sent to my address instead of the person I was buying for. The person I spoke to was less than sympathetic and would not issue any help. I had to use a courier service at my expense , which delayed the delivery and they didn’t arrive in prestige condition

Had £100 limit when account opened ...Ran it perfect for over 6 months, they won’t increase my limit ..I have perfect credit rating ...They won’t increase it cause I pay in full each month, so not making them money in interest debt ..Disgusting company ...GO WITH VERY INSTEAD
